This position is primarily remote, with the support and resources of our outpatient office based in Moreno Valley, California. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify client needs.
\n
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on therapeutic goals.
\n
• Providing psychotherapeutic treatment to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices.
\n
• Coordinating care with other healthcare providers and community agencies to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
\n
• Documenting treatment plans and clinical notes accurately and in a timely manner, in adherence to medical records policies.
\n
• Engaging in regular consultation with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and treatment effectiveness.

• Advocating for clients’ needs and ensuring they receive necessary resources and services.

• Staying informed about community resources to assist clients in accessing government benefits, mental health treatment, and additional support systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on adult and geriatric populations currently, with a future expansion to include child and adolescent clients. Our therapists provide culturally sensitive therapeutic interventions, addressing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in guiding clients toward healthier coping mechanisms and emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
\n
• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
\n
• A working knowledge of various clinical and theoretical models relevant to marriage and family therapy.

• The ability to establish rapport and trust quickly with clients, fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Strong written communication skills to produce clear and concise clinical documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
