Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status and needs, developing comprehensive treatment plans that integrate psychodynamic approaches and mindful practices.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique challenges faced by clients, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues.

• Utilize culturally-sensitive techniques to ensure that all clients feel respected and understood, fostering an inclusive therapy environment.

• Document client progress meticulously in accordance with regulatory standards, consistently monitoring and adjusting treatment strategies as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will have a significant impact on a diverse group of clients at various points in their mental health journeys. You will engage with individuals experiencing a wide range of issues, including but not limited to, life transitions, addiction recovery, existential crises, and familial or relational conflicts. This position requires both empathy and a proactive approach to foster client resilience and self-awareness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required and must be maintained.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental healthcare settings similar to a community health clinic environment.

• Experience in incorporating depth-oriented therapy techniques, spiritual sensitivity, and mindfulness practices in treatment methodology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
