This is a remote position, allowing for flexibility while still engaging closely with clients via teletherapy and virtual care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to accurately gauge clients' mental health needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that detail appropriate therapeutic interventions based on each client's unique circumstances and challenges.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, targeting a diverse range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to provide holistic and coordinated mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults, who are coping with a variety of emotional and psychological issues. Your work will specifically focus on providing therapeutic support to those struggling with situational stressors, chronic mental illness, and interpersonal difficulties, fostering an environment where clients feel safe and empowered to make progress in their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active professional license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) in the state of California.
