Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to diagnose patients and develop customized treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based practices including solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation techniques to facilitate patient progress.

• Implement and oversee therapeutic interventions, tracking client outcomes and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effectiveness.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including primary care physicians and mental health specialists, to create integrated care approaches and ensure continuity of services.

• Document patient interactions and treatment plans meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role centers on clients across various age groups, particularly those facing significant life transitions, trauma, grief, and mental health disorders. You will engage with patients who may also be navigating challenges related to end-of-life care, making empathy and flexibility crucial components of the work.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid, and unrestricted LCSW license to practice in Texas.
\n
• A minimum of 1 year of experience providing clinical therapy as an independently licensed social worker.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with hospice or palliative care settings is highly desirable.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices.
\n
• Knowledge of psychotropic medications and their management in accordance with physician directives.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time LCSW position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. You will also be eligible for an annual incentive bonus, creating opportunities for additional earnings.
