A well-established organization is seeking a Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting and financial recordkeeping. This role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts payable, and completing bank reconciliations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a structured, collaborative environment.
Bookkeeper Key Responsibilities

• The Bookkeeper will perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations.
  
  
• Process accounts payable, including invoice entry, vendor communication, and payment support.
  
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records through consistent data entry and bookkeeping activities.
  
  
• The Bookkeeper will assist with preparing financial reports and supporting schedules.
  
  
• Follow established accounting policies and procedures.
  
  
• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and efficiency.
  
  
• The Bookkeeper will handle daily bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and accountability.
  
  

• High school diploma required; additional accounting coursework or certification preferred.
  
  
• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred.
  
  
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  
  
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
