Payroll Specialist Key Responsibilities

• The Payroll Specialist will process biweekly payroll for approximately 700 employees.
• Manage payroll activities for both hourly and salaried employees.
• The Payroll Specialist will ensure accurate payroll processing for employees across 20 states.
• Handle day-to-day payroll operations and administration.
• The Payroll Specialist will maintain accurate payroll records and respond to payroll-related inquiries.

Qualifications of the Payroll Specialist Role

• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience working with payroll systems.
