Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient appointments and scheduling for healthcare providers and facilities

• Ensure accurate and efficient scheduling processes, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards

• Collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and staff to resolve scheduling conflicts and issues

• Maintain accurate records and reports of patient appointments, cancellations, and reschedules

• Develop and implement processes to improve scheduling efficiency and effectiveness

• Act as a liaison between patients, providers, and staff to provide exceptional patient care and satisfaction

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines

• Proficiency in electronic scheduling systems and software

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
