How YouWillMake an Impact Conduct consultative needs analyses with prospective clients to create tailored product solutions Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers to upsell new business and secure contract renewals Design and present impactful sales proposals and product presentations for businesses of all sizes Achieve monthly revenue quotas through proactive territory management and strategic selling of data,phoneand video services Generate leads byinitiatingtelephone outreach, conducting cold call visits,networkingand attending industry events Qualify new leads, coordinate sitesurveysandsubmitreturn on investment analyses to sales management Maintain detailed sales databases to track activity and customer information Collaborate with Account Management, Sales Engineering, Sales Support and Marketing teams to ensure seamless client handoff and retention Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to further develop your salesexpertise Working Conditions Office-based role What You Will Bring to Spectrum RequiredQualifications Education High school diploma or general education degree required (GED) Experience Experience in a consultative sales role Skills Read, write,speakand understand English Working knowledge of computer networking, LAN and WAN technologies, high-capacityand fiber-connected networks Proven networking, negotiation and closing abilities Valid and active State driver’s license with safe driving record Preferred Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field Experience Considerable experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce Experience selling voice, data, cloud and video services Skills Strong experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce Proficiencywith Microsoft Excel, Word,PowerPointand Outlook #LI-DP1 SCM231 2026-73778 2026 Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers. The base pay for this position generally is between $57,400.00 and $94,800.00 . The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses. In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $72,720 .
