Join us and help shape the future of customer-centric design.As a Senior Associate Design Program Manager on the Card team, you will plan and manage the day-to-day workflow, processes, and reporting that support our growing digital and physical design project work. You'll bring structure to complex, interdisciplinary work while partnering across design, product, engineering, and research to drive clarity, alignment, and delivery. If you're passionate about creating customer-centric design, you'll find meaningful growth here.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESOversee and manage a digital and physical product portfolio, including project intake, assessment, resourcing, execution, tracking, and team capacityPartner closely with Design Leads, Product Owners, Tech Leads, and Scrum Masters on execution, delivery, and reportingFacilitate cross-impacting project discussions with multiple design teams and stakeholdersCollaborate with Digital Design, Product, and Line-of-Business teams to understand business demand, plan capacity, and guide project executionTrack projects to ensure milestones are met, document and update project status regularly, produce reports as requested, and serve as overall traffic managerDrive concept readiness and artifact quality in partnership with Digital and other teamsConsult with design teams to develop clear plans covering size, scope, sequence, and next steps for design activitiesServe as a single point of contact for project status and issue managementEnsure all deliverables, often complex and interlinked, are clearly specified, scoped, and agreed between client and internal teamsManage small, medium, and large projects for successful deliveryChampion ongoing firm-wide and design team process improvementsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS3+ years of project or program management experience working with digital design or marketing teamsUnderstanding of the product development lifecycle at scaleUnderstanding of Waterfall and Agile project methodologiesExperience or familiarity with Monday.com and JIRA software toolsDemonstrated effectiveness developing plans, prioritizing activities, and driving executionExperience thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-disciplinary, and geographically dispersed environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and handle sensitive information appropriatelyStrong organizational skills with experience coordinating multiple work streams simultaneously, proactively, and independentlyFlexibility and adaptability to change direction based on team and stakeholder consensusDemonstrated ability to use AI tools to accelerate product discovery and delivery while maintaining strong judgment on data privacy, risk, and human oversight.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLSExperience at both a design studio and a large corporate environmentPassion for creating customer-centric designDrive to seek growth across one or more areasStrong interpersonal skills for engaging effectively with stakeholdersChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
