Regional Operations Leader - Quality, Growth & Care

Blue Ribbon, with its New Head Office, is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead our supported living and residential services across the region. You will oversee daily operations, drive quality and compliance, and mentor a team of managers while focusing on person-centred care. The ideal candidate has proven regional leadership experience in social care, strong knowledge of MCA/DoLS and safeguarding, solid financial and people management skills, and excellent stakeholder relationships. #J-18808-Ljbffr Blue Ribbon
