Outside Sales Representative – $65K+ First-Year Income Potential

What You'll Do

• Present employee benefits to individuals, businesses, and employee groups
• Build relationships with new and existing clients
• Prospect for new customers and business opportunities
• Conduct appointments and follow up with potential clients
• Learn and implement our proven sales system
• Work toward established activity and production goals
• Answer client questions and provide excellent service
• Build a referral network and long-term client relationships

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates are:

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Coachable and willing to learn a proven system
• Strong communicators who can build rapport quickly
• Organized and able to manage their time effectively
• Professional, emotionally mature, and accountable

Preferred: 2–4 years of outside sales experience, but we will train the right candidate.
