Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $40,000 to $45,000 per year.

• Provide administrative support for human resources activities, including employee records, onboarding, and compliance documentation.

• Maintain personnel files, training records, and other employment related information to ensure accuracy and organization.

• Support daily office operations by assisting with mail distribution, supply management, and workplace coordination.

• Assist with safety and compliance initiatives by maintaining records, supporting training efforts, and conducting routine workplace checks.

• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to support facilities, office projects, and operational needs.

• At least 1+ year(s) of experience in an administrative, office support, customer service, or human resources role.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage competing priorities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general office technology.

• Ability to work onsite and support day to day business operations.

• Previous experience with human resources administration, employee records, or compliance related documentation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and service oriented approach.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Self motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently while contributing to a team environment.

• Prior experience supporting office coordination, inventory management, workplace safety, or facilities administration.
