Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence: Manage all daily operations of a high-volume restaurant, ensuring brand standards are met consistently. Drive profitability by meeting or exceeding targets for food, labor, and paper costs through strategic planning and team accountability. Team Development: Recruit, train, and coach a large team, transforming high-potential individuals into successful contributors. Customer Experience: Maintain an upbeat, fast-paced environment that guarantees an exceptional visit for every guest. Candidate Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a management role (Restaurant/Hospitality management preferred). Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive and multitask within a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Leadership: A track record of recognizing talent and leading teams toward collective goals.
