Position Details Role: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Operating Room (OR) Location: Albany, New York Assignment Length: 13 Weeks Shift: Days Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week 48 hour contract available, block booking accepted! Requirements Active NY RN License Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience . Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association) – actual card required at submission. Recent EPIC electronic medical record experience (please indicate if experience is within the past year). Strong experience in: Neuro surgery Thoracic surgery Orthopedic surgery Vascular surgery Cardiac surgery Must reside 50 miles or more from the facility. Flu vaccination required. Candidates cannot reside in the following New York counties: Albany Columbia Dutchess Fulton Greene Montgomery Rensselaer Saratoga Schenectady Ulster Warren Washington Previous staff nurses must have a minimum one-year employment gap before being eligible for rehire.
