Oil and Gas Sales Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Clerk to support daily sales operations for a growing supplier of gate valves, wellhead equipment, and tree equipment serving the oil and gas industry. The Sales Clerk will assist customers, process orders, maintain accurate records, and provide administrative support to the sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a desire to learn industrial products and equipment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Process customer orders and sales transactions accurately and efficiently Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with product inquiries Prepare quotes, order confirmations, and sales documentation Maintain customer records and update information in company systems Coordinate with sales representatives, vendors, and warehouse personnel regarding order status and deliveries Assist customers with product availability, pricing, and order tracking File, scan, and maintain sales-related documents and records Support inside sales representatives with administrative tasks as needed Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude at all times Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service, sales support, administrative, or clerical experience preferred Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Experience in industrial, manufacturing, oilfield, or equipment sales environments is a plus Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of gate valves, wellhead equipment, tree equipment, or oilfield products Experience processing sales orders and quotes Familiarity with inventory, purchasing, or ERP systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
