About the role

We're looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our team in the US. You'll operate with high autonomy, building operational policies and procedures to support our expansion and navigate the regulatory landscape.

What you'll be doing

• Navigating the US regulatory landscape
• Collaborating with global teams to align US strategies with international standards
• Advising and executing on entry and implementation strategy
• Developing strategic operational and growth partnerships
• Identifying and mitigating operational risks
• Building critical vendor relationships and performance tracking systems

What you'll need

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, regulatory analysis, expansions, fast-growing startups, or similar
• A deep understanding of the US regulatory environment and current legislations
• Proven success operating independently in a high-autonomy role
• Familiarity with the competitive financial and technological landscape in the US
• Organisational and project management skills, with the ability to break big tasks into smaller ones that can be monitored and tracked
• To be able to prioritise projects within tight deadlines and work effectively in a high-performance environment
• A team player attitude to collaborate with peers globally and deliver results
• An eagerness to learn new skills and take a hands-on approach to complete tasks

Compensation range

• New York: $180,000 - $200,000 gross annually*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
