About the Role This position will shadow the Admin I & II for about a month to start and will handle time and labor management, leave of absence processing, and benefit administration. Experience with third‑party leave of absence or benefits is helpful, and certifications such as PHR or SHRM are a big plus. Location Rancho Cordova Salary Range $30,000 - $50,000 annually. Pay may vary depending on geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
