Our agency opened in December 2020 and has quickly grown into a close-knit team of four who are focused on helping customers protect what matters most. With a background as an independent agency owner, I bring a well-rounded perspective and a strong commitment to both customer service and team development.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Doris Roberts - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
