NH- RN FT or PT 2nd Shift

Registered Nurse (RN) Employment Status: Other Hours: FT or PT, 2pm-10pm Shift: Evening Shift Wages depend on experience and are decided by the hiring manager during the interview. Sign-on bonus for PT is $5,000 and for FT is $10,000. Must be able to work every other weekend. Registered Nurse (RN) nursing responsibilities include: Implementing a resident care plan Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures Delegating suitable components of the care plan to nursing assistants, providing guidance and supervision when necessary Consulting with and validating data Recording pertinent information in the patient record Identifying and evaluating the resident's response to health problems and treatments Communicating residents care needs to others involved in the care Assuming responsibility for professional growth and development Other duties as assigned by the director of nursing.
