What you’ll bring:

• Experience as a paraprofessional or in a classroom support role (preferred but not required)
• Ability to relate to students and build trusting relationships
• Excellent communication skills with both students and colleagues

• Adaptability to work with students of varying abilities and needs
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or additional training in education or child development is a plus

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students within the classroom, small groups, or one-on-one
• Assist teachers in preparing activities, materials, and lessons
• Encourage students and reinforce positive behaviors
• Help implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) if required
• Monitor student progress and maintain organized records
• Foster an inclusive, welcoming, and safe classroom environment for all learners
