Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)

We're hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Licensed Behavior Specialists (LBSs) to support children with Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS).

Location:   Archbald, PA and surrounding locations
Schedule: Full-time or part-time hours based on candidate preference and client availability 
Caseload : Ages 2-21

Responsibilities:  
• Maintain the connection with client families 
• Complete skills and behavior assessments 
• Complete and implement individual treatment plans 
• Supervising and conducting hands-on training for Behavior Technicians 
• Collaborate with therapies and other service providers 
• Complete documentation required for insurance authorizations and billing

Requirements:  
• BCBA Certification is highly preferred 
• PA LBS and a minimum of 12 credits of ABA coursework 
• IBHS experience preferred 
• Active clearances
