Outbound Sales

Established organization is seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Representative in the greater Pasadena, CA area. Pay ranges from $24-28/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients and customers.
Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
Effectively present and promote the company's services to potential clients.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure.
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and manage an active sales pipeline.
Develop and sustain strong, long-term client relationships.
Accurately record all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Achieve or exceed established daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and KPIs.
Qualifications:
At least 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or business development.
Demonstrated success selling services in B2B and/or B2C environments.
Proven expertise in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management abilities.
Experience in education services, staffing, consulting, or other service-based industries is a plus.
