Click here to learn more about our ENT products.  The ENT Regional Capital Manager is a strategic sales leader responsible for promoting Medtronic ENT’s capital and service portfolio within a defined region. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, this high-visibility role partners with Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Operations to drive strategy, share market insights, manage executive-level customer relationships, negotiate major deals, and achieve sales targets with minimal oversight. This is a field-based position in the Central Region, which covers TX, IL, MN, MO, and LA.Primary Responsibilities: Develops and strengthen long-term relationships with key stakeholders—including surgeons, hospital administrators, and practice managers Manages large, complex accounts and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Conducts market research and leads market development strategies to drive competitive conversions and strategic growth across the region. Promotes and sell Medtronic's ENT capital products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets. Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing. Supports the ENT clinical team in surgical environments Required Qualifications: High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 10+ years OR Associate degree and 8+ years OR Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences. Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.
