Customer Service Specialist

3+ month contract with the possibility of extension or permanent conversion based on performance. Schedule 1st Shift: Start between 8:00 AM–10:00 AM, end between 5:00 PM–7:00 PM 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM–9:00 PM (+$1.00/hour shift differential) Every other Saturday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) with a flex day off during the week Russell Tobin is hiring Customer Service Specialists for a top client in the financial services industry. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and account‑related questions. Navigate multiple computer systems while documenting customer interactions accurately. Resolve customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail. Maintain productivity and quality standards in a fast‑paced environment. Follow company policies and provide an outstanding customer experience. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 6+ months of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, healthcare, restaurant, banking, call center, or similar). Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple systems quickly. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Reliable attendance is required, especially during training. Must be able to work onsite and every other Saturday.
