Transformation Project Manager

Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Business Transformation Project Manager. Summary: The Business Transformation Project Manager serves as a strategic partner across Finance, Engagement Management, Technology, and Operations teams, driving organizational alignment, process transformation, and service excellence. This role focuses heavily on stakeholder management, project leadership, change management, and data-driven decision-making to enhance the effectiveness of Finance support operations. The ideal candidate will leverage analytics and performance insights to influence business leaders, drive adoption of new processes, improve operational outcomes, and foster accountability across cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic initiatives focused on improving Finance support operations, service delivery, and user experience
• Develop project plans, manage timelines, track deliverables, and coordinate resources across multiple stakeholder groups
• Design and execute change management strategies that support adoption of new processes, governance standards, and operational practices
• Leverage operational, service, and performance data to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
• Build executive-level dashboards and reporting that provide meaningful insights into service performance and organizational effectiveness
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks that promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Partner with support teams to optimize workflows, improve issue resolution processes, and enhance service delivery effectiveness
• High School diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Organizational Development, Project Management, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, business transformation, change management, governance, finance operations, consulting, or related fields
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels without direct authority
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational environments
• Experience leveraging data, reporting, and analytics to drive business decisions and influence executive audiences
• Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Experience designing and implementing change management strategies that support organizational transformation and process adoption
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and executive storytelling skills
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow, SAP S/4HANA, or complex ERP environments preferred
• Continuous improvement, business process optimization, or operational excellence experience strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, including Excel and data visualization tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
