Enterprise PMO Project Manager

Location - Onsite, HQ in San Diego, CA, or Irvine, CA Shift - 8 AM to 5 PM PST Mode of work : Onsite Summary We are seeking organized, proactive, and execution-focused Project Managers who can independently manage medium-to-large initiatives and drive results across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong ownership, leadership influence, problem-solving ability, and communication skills. They are capable of identifying risks early, driving accountability, maintaining project control, and providing concise, business-focused updates. We are not looking for project administrators or meeting coordinators—we need Project Managers who take initiative, drive execution, influence stakeholders, and consistently deliver results. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field. 4-7 years of experience in project management, leading cross-functional projects. Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project, etc.). Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
