Data Center Service Coordinator

Responsibilities Coordinate service resources and dispatch and assign team members to projects. Schedule personnel, materials, subcontractors, and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability. Interact and communicate with all Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisor to assign/dispatch Controls Technicians and HVAC Technicians. Coordinate operations interaction with the Parts Department and Acquisition as necessary. Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to assigned staff, and responding to special requests. Generate work orders, review project paperwork, forward project paperwork to Project Administrators, and generate various reports. Qualifications Certificate or degree from college or technical school with one (1) year related experience and/or training; or three (3) years of related experience and/or training with a high school diploma/GED. Excellent customer service skills—comfortable and effective on the phone. Highly organized with the ability to multi‑task and prioritize daily interruptions. Strong attention to detail and desire to work in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required. Familiarity with energy management systems, HVAC systems, and/or temperature controls preferred. Compensation Annual base salary range or hourly base pay range: $39,200.00 – $71,750.00. Compensation type: Exception hourly.
