This individual will work closely with leadership and take ownership of accounting operations, cost accounting, and financial reporting, while developing FP&A capabilities to guide business decisions and support future growth into a leadership role.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting operations (GL, month-end close, financial reporting)Develop and maintain cost accounting processes (job costing, inventory, standard costing)Analyze manufacturing costs, margins, and profitabilityPrepare and improve financial reporting packagesPerform FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modelingProvide insights on business performance and identify opportunities for cost optimizationSupport leadership with data-driven recommendationsHelp build processes and structure within a growing organizationAbout YouPrior accounting experience requiredSolid foundation and experience in financial accounting and reporting requiredManufacturing experience preferredProactive and self-directed with strong analytical skills and a business mindsetBackground in nimble, small-team environments; experience driving process improvements and building effective systems preferredHands-on, accountable, and eager to take ownershipGrowth mindset with interest in evolving into a leadership roleWhy Work for Us?High visibility role with direct exposure to leadershipOpportunity to shape the finance function in a growing organizationEntrepreneurial environment with clear pathways to leadership
