As a Restoration Production Technician, you will play a crucial role in restoring properties and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. You will be making a difference each and every day. We are committed to making every type of property damage "Like it never even happened®!"Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the restoration and remediation of properties affected by disasters, including water extraction, drying, cleaning, and sanitizing.Operate and maintain restoration equipment, such as water extraction machines, dehumidifiers, air movers, and power tools.Remove and dispose of damaged materials, including drywall, flooring, and insulation.Set up containment areas and use proper safety measures to prevent the spread of contaminants.Assist with mold remediation, which may involve cleaning and treating affected areas.Follow established procedures and safety guidelines to ensure the efficient and safe completion of restoration projects.Communicate effectively with team members and project managers to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.Document all work performed, including before-and-after photos, moisture readings, and job progress reports.Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including equipment storage and vehicle maintenance.Uphold our commitment to delivering excellent customer service and professionalism on every job site.Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown.
