Packaging Associate 1st shift

Recruiting Solutions is seeking a reliable and motivated Packaging Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for packaging various materials, including contact solution, auto injector components, chapstick, and more. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for long-term growth with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

Package materials such as contact solution, auto injector components, ChapStick, and other products.
Follow detailed packaging instructions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with all safety guidelines.
Inspect products for quality control, ensuring they meet company standards.
Perform basic quality checks on packaging equipment and materials.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

Ability to work 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM) on a 2-2-3 schedule.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Ability to lift, carry, and stand for long periods.
Prior packaging experience is a plus, but not required.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
