Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | 36 Hours per Week Guaranteed | 1:4 Weekend Rotation | On-Call Requirements Apply

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub and assist in a high-volume Level One Trauma Center Operating Room specializing in Gynecology and Genitourinary procedures
• Operate and assist with advanced surgical equipment including robotic systems (Da Vinci Xi), Storz, Stryker, and Olympus platforms
• Provide skilled surgical technologist support for procedures including PCNLs, Nephrectomies, Ureteral Reimplants, Hysterectomies, Cystectomies, Colpocleisis, Hysteroscopies, and Ureteroscopies
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio within a 26-bed operating room environment serving a patient population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Participate in overnight trauma call rotation (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) and specialty team call schedules as assigned
• Document accurately within an Epic EMR system and adhere to all facility dress code and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of surgical technologist experience; Level One Trauma Center experience required
• Demonstrated competency in robotic-assisted surgery (Da Vinci Xi) and GU/GYN surgical procedures
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts with weekend and on-call obligations
• Comfortable working with a diverse patient population from pediatrics through geriatrics
• Must demonstrate flexibility, accountability, punctuality, and a team-oriented work style

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in General Surgery, Orthopedic Trauma, Orthopedic Joints, Neurosurgery, ENT, Pediatrics, Plastics, Dental, or Endovascular procedures
• Prior travel surgical technologist experience in a high-acuity or trauma-designated facility
• Familiarity with Epic EMR documentation
