Hands-on manufacturing role loading parts into machines, monitoring robotic operations, performing quality checks, and maintaining production flow.

• Load and secure parts in production machines.
• Monitor robotic unloading and stacking operations.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and defects.
• Sort and organize parts by part number and specifications.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Support production needs, including overtime and weekend work.

• Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, construction, farming, landscaping, or other labor roles.
• Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced industrial environment.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays.

• Steady, full-time work in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with industrial machinery and robotic systems.
• Overtime opportunities, including double-time pay on Sundays.
• Focus on safety, training, and career growth.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St Clair, MI.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
