Kids and Preschool Go to Market Senior Manager

Job Description: Drive impactful campaigns that connect LEGO Group’s Kids and Preschool audience while boosting integration with the Membership & Personalization team. Core Responsibilities Lead the implementation of Kids and Preschool go‑to‑market campaigns across global channels, working closely with the Heads of Kids GTM, Preschool GTM and GTM Senior Managers to ensure campaigns are engaging and meaningful. Develop detailed OESP marketing activation plans for designated Kids and Preschool product lines, ensuring brand, digital and retail touchpoints remain consistent. Translate campaign strategies into clear activation plans that connect effectively with kids, parents and guardians throughout the consumer and shopper journey. Integrate the LEGO® Insiders program as a key audience and value layer within Kids (0‑12) go‑to‑market campaigns, representing prioritized member segments in briefs, playbooks and plans. Identify opportunities to weave membership benefits, rewards and enriching experiences into Kids campaigns, fostering engagement and loyalty. Act as a liaison between Integrated Marketing and Membership & Personalization to align audience strategies and campaign planning, and coordinate timelines with the LEGO Insiders marketing calendar. Build or support shopper‑marketing plans, coordinating deliverables and ensuring market teams have clear and consistent shopper toolkits and assets. Collaborate with trade and shopper partners to align brand messaging and retail activation, incorporating membership value where appropriate across the shopper journey. Use consumer research and LEGO Insiders member behavior to uncover opportunities for message relevance and increased marketing impact, while tracking KPIs and identifying optimization windows. Partner with Product Marketing Development and Business Units to ensure that go‑to‑market strategies reflect upstream franchise strategies and align with Kids and Preschool audience priorities. Operate under the guidance of the Heads of Kids GTM and Preschool GTM, ensuring LEGO Insiders members’ needs are reflected in messaging, experiences and activation strategies. Qualifications Extensive expertise in leading marketing campaign management, ideally in consumer‑facing or entertainment industries. Deep mastery of the Go‑to‑Market process, from strategy development through execution. Proven track record of building and managing membership programs, integrating campaigns across OESP channels. Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills within complex, matrixed international environments. Advanced analytical skills for campaign performance monitoring and insight application. Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus for global campaign work. Nice to Have Experience driving omnichannel activation initiatives. Background in toy, FMCG or entertainment sectors, alongside social media or kids‑focused communications. Knowledge of membership program integration across multiple channels.
