US-PA-Cheswick (EMD) Full time JR12439 We are looking for a Mechanic Millwright ( to join our Pittsburgh (Cheswick) location. **Shifts:** **1st Shift: 7:30 am to 3:30 pm or** **2** **nd Shift: 3:30 pm to 11:30 am or 3rd shift: 11:30 pm to 7:30 am** **We Take Care of Our People:** Paid Time Off **I** 401K with Employer Match and Profit Sharing **I** Health and Wellness Benefits **I** Learning and Development Opportunities **I** Referral Program **I** Competitive Pay **I** Recognition **I** Employee Stock Purchase Plan ( **I** Inclusive & Supportive Culture ( **Your Challenge:** + Install, move, reconstruct, repair and rebuild machines and major site equipment requiring planning and improvisation of methods. + This includes day-to-day repair, modification and/or replacement of Test Loops. + PM work includes laser alignment. + Machine repair parts as required. + Mechanic's hand tools, portable power tools, material handling equipment, pneumatic winches, hammer drills, large power hoists, ladders, scaffolds, cable slings, precision levels, laser transit, monitoring equipment including instrumentation, and pressure gauges. + Operate a lathe and milling machine, and required machinist equipment. Use department communication devices. + All types of machine tools, such as, but not limited to conventional equipment, numerical-controlled equipment, boilers, pumps, and all types of raw materials, i.e., structural steel material, bar and flat sock, soldering and other metal joining materials. **What You Bring:** + High School graduate plus completion of a four-year Mechanic Millwright Apprenticeship or a two-year Associate Degree in Mechanical Technology + Four years' experience working in the Mechanic Millwright repair field.
