Regional Designated Broker

Zillow is seeking a Regional Designated Broker to lead brokerage compliance, supervision, and agent support across a multi-state region. You will oversee licensing, risk management, contract review, and adherence to state and local real estate laws, while coaching agents on best practices and ethical standards. Partner closely with product, operations, and legal teams to align policies with Zillow’s innovative real estate solutions. You’ll analyze performance data, refine processes, handle escalated client issues, and represent Zillow with regulators and MLS/association partners in a collaborative, customer-focused culture.
