Territory Sales Manager

Recharge City is one of New York City's fastest-growing portable power bank rental networks. Our charging stations are featured in restaurants, bars, shopping centers, entertainment venues, retail stores, and other high-traffic locations across the city. Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Find and contact new clients and partners through online research, calls, emails, networking, and territory visits. Sales & Negotiations: Communicate with clients, present the company’s solution, negotiate terms, and close deals. Territory Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and actively develop the assigned territory. Installation Coordination: Agree on installation details, location, timing, and requirements with the client. Handover: Provide the installation team with all necessary client, location, and project information. Client Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up on new opportunities. Reporting: Provide regular reports on leads, negotiations, signed clients, and installations. KPI: Meet agreed sales and territory development targets. Complete a minimum of 5 installations per month. Manage up to 20 rental units/stations. Coordinate installation schedules with clients and installation teams. Ensure installations are completed on time and according to company standards. Handle installation-related issues and escalation when necessary. Track station locations, installation status, and operational issues. Provide regular installation and performance reports. Meet agreed installation and operational KPIs.
