Responsibilities

Evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage to provide genuine peace of mind.

Manage and grow a book of business by identifying new prospects and nurturing existing client relationships.

Prepare and deliver clear, easy-to-understand insurance proposals.

Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure the best possible terms for our clients.

Maintain accurate client records within our database to ensure seamless service.

Participate in local community events to increase the visibility of The Atlantic District in the Doylestown area.

Requirements

Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Demonstrated history of success in sales roles or client-focused environments.

Solid understanding of risk management and various insurance products.

Clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication skills.

Proficiency with standard office software and agency management systems.

Strong organization skills to manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
