Business Analyst - Marketing Analytics / Remote

Duration : 6 month
About the RoleWe are seeking a Business Analyst Marketing Analytics to partner with Marketing, E-commerce, Product, and Data teams to drive data-informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Amplitude, Snowflake, SQL, and Shopify data , with a background supporting retail, fashion, apparel, or DTC (direct-to-consumer) businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and KPIs.
- Partner with Marketing, E-commerce, Product, and Data teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Use Amplitude to analyze funnels, cohorts, retention, segmentation, and customer journeys.
- Use Snowflake and SQL to analyze customer, campaign, product, and transactional data.
- Analyze Shopify and e-commerce data, including orders, customers, products, promotions, and conversions.
- Build dashboards and reports for marketing, customer, and e-commerce performance.
- Track and report on KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, CLV, retention, repeat purchases, funnel performance, and marketing ROI.
- Support A/B testing, stakeholder reporting, and data-driven business recommendations.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to improve data quality and analytics readiness.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Marketing Analyst, Product Analyst, or related role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Amplitude (funnels, cohorts, segmentation, retention analysis).
- Strong experience with Snowflake and advanced SQL .
- Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Experience supporting retail, fashion, apparel, or DTC organizations.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, customer journeys, conversion funnels, attribution, retention, and e-commerce KPIs.
- Experience creating dashboards and presenting insights to business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
