Business Operations Analyst

Seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst I to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for analyzing data, optimizing business processes, and generating reports to support the company's strategic objectives. Key responsibilities Collect and analyze data to identify trends that inform business decisions and drive operational improvements Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity across departments Generate and maintain reports on key business metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a STEM field 1-3 years of experience in business operations or data analysis, with healthcare or technology industry experience preferred Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification preferred, with a willingness to obtain it within the first 180 days of employment Proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly Excel and SQL Basic understanding of healthcare industry standards and regulations is desirable
