Job Summary The Community Marketing Agent performs face‑to‑face marketing as a brand ambassador at popular local attractions such as malls or theme parks and attends events such as trade shows, festivals, and conferences to connect with the public on behalf of Wyndham Destinations. In this sales‑based role, the agent engages in face‑to‑face conversations with prospective customers and shares information about the vacation club experience, inviting and incentivizing guests to attend award‑winning vacation ownership presentations. Essential Job Responsibilities Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations. Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales‑preview tour. Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines. Make sales‑tour reservations and collect required deposits. Maintain minimum performance goals (80% of time) in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements. Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings, keep current on marketing information, materials, and industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually. Travel Requirements Within Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Minimum Requirements and Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Sales and/or marketing experience preferred; not required. Must maintain production standards and be available to work weekends and holidays. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skill. Ability to work in team environments within shared spaces. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills, and smart devices. 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred; experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted.
