Sales professional with Investment HR. Investment HR is a Denver based human resources consulting firm looking for a dynamic sales professional to join our team. As an HR company, we believe firmly in hiring for culture fit. You may be an outstanding sales professional, but you may not fit our culture and therefore would not be a candidate for our company. However, if you are the right fit, we can teach you how to sell our services and be very successful. Our customers see their staff as an investment in their business and not a line item expense. Simply put, clients contract with us to maximize the effect of that investment and to protect that investment. We offer a wide variety of services that accomplish these objectives including (but not limited to) HR consulting, policy development, recruiting/staffing, and HR vendor relations. We firmly believe human resources is not something only big business should be able to afford. We bring practical HR solutions that the small business owner can actually use, and see a substantial impact as a result. Industries we work in: As a company that focuses on the small business community, the specific industries we work in are quite numerous. However, as most of our business comes from current client referrals, and we do get some repeat industry clients. Some examples include finance, oil/gas, medical clinics, business consulting firms, auto repair, non-profits and the HVAC/plumbing repair industry. So why did we pick the name Investment HR? Selfishly, we wanted to attract clients that already see their staff as something more than a line item expense on the books. An investment on the other hand is something that you expect to get a return. That return can be monetary, it can be in time savings, or it can be in satisfaction. If a company sees their people as a necessary evil, then they are not a good fit for us. Now, if they have (or want) to invest in stakeholders in their business, then they have come to the right place. Where we sell: You will have no territory, or restrictions on where your customers come from. Most of our current clients are based in Colorado, however, we have clients from coast to coast. How you are compensated: Base plus commission. We are flexible in the commission rates and base income. Objection number one is getting the right person that fits and can succeed.
