A company in Waxahachie, TX is looking for an Accounting Clerk

Description:

Seeking Accounting Payable/Receivable Clerk

Hours & Pay:

HOURS: Full-Time hours

Monday-Friday - 7:30am-4:30pm

PAY: $18.00 to $20.00 DOE

Assignment Length: Temporary to Permanent

An ideal candidate should:

Able to work well independently and well with a team
Have an impeccable work ethic and attendance record
Disciplined and self-motivated
Punctual and dependable
Have effective communication skills

Requirements & Skills:

Proficiency in Quickbooks
Accounting: Account Payable, Account Receivable & Bookkeeping
General office duties as assigned
Strong Written/verbal communication skills in English
High School diploma or GED
Word, Excel and Outlook skills
Minimum of 2 years of QuickBook accounting experience
