Pay Rate: $20-$21 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Assignment Length: Temporary assignment expected to last through February 2027
Attention customer service professionals! Our client is hiring a Customer Support Consultant for a fully onsite role in Westbrook. Typical daily duties:

Provide support via phone and email regarding lab services, billing questions, and test status update

Research and resolve customer inquiries while maintaining accurate and detailed records

Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience

Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience

High-quality, professional customer-facing experience with strong inbound phone skills

Solid technical skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
