Recruiter

Company is seeking a Recruiter toprovidehigh-volumescheduling and recruitment for open security positions. Candidates should possess drive and determination to fillpart-time, full-time and contract needs, while providing positive candidate experiences. Duties/Responsibilities: Work with management to reviewand clarify job specifications, required competencies/skillsand gain an understanding of business operations in order to maximize recruitment efforts. Develop active and passive candidate pipelines through researchand screening. Organize and keep track of talent and client information throughout the hiring life cycle andacross a variety of open roles. Screen resumes and prospects, qualify and manage candidates throughout interview process. Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules. Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and separated employees, and other candidate relationships. Partner with human resources and senior managers to refineand implement innovative recruiting strategies. Meet regularly with management to understand staffing model and growth projections for the department, office and/or regions. Create and refresh job ads for open opportunitiesand utilize various social media/professional networking platforms and out-of-the-box sourcing strategies. Maintain relationships with colleges/universities, local and regional community organizations, professional associations and industry contacts to identify potential candidatesand attend networking events. Desired Skills/Experience High School Diploma/GED, required. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred. 3+ years’ experience recruiting hourly, part-time, seasonal workforce preferred. Ability to execute successful sourcing strategies and maintain strong professional networks as a recruiter and relationships with candidates and internal business partners. Demonstrate dependability, good judgment and problem-solving skills, mustadapt to changing priorities. Advanced knowledge of MS Office, ATS database management, internet searches and job boards. Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, virtual, etc.). Knowledge of state and federal laws/regulations pertaining to employment. Candidates must successfully complete drug and background clearances. This is not a remote position. Must be able to work from Blue Bell, Pa corporate ctr.
