Job Description
- Manage commercial projects from preconstruction to completion
- Develop and control project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards
- Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders throughout
The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
- Proven ability to manage budgets of $5M+
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and contracts
- Clear communicator with leadership presence on site
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
