Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Description

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care during night shifts. The ideal candidate will have prior ICU experience and be comfortable floating within similar units as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients in accordance with hospital protocols and standards.
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Float to related units within scope based on facility needs.
• Attend all orientation and training sessions, including onsite modules.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license (pending NM/Compact license accepted if obtained prior to start).
• Possess a minimum of 2 years ICU experience.
• Exhibit strong clinical skills in critical care settings.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Ability to pass travel compliance and background checks.
