Role Summary The Signage Account Executive will drive growth and expand our national footprint by forging strategic partnerships and delivering design-driven solutions to the industry’s most discerning clientele. This high-impact, relationship-based role is ideal for top-tier sales professionals who thrive in competitive, brand-driven environments and aspire to represent a trusted industry icon. Key Responsibilities Forge, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with national accounts, developers, property managers, and C-suite decision-makers. Drive revenue growth by delivering turnkey signage and branded solutions across regional and national markets. Act as a trusted advisor, consulting on high-value branding and signage projects and ensuring client objectives are met. Collaborate with award-winning design and project management teams to guarantee flawless execution and world-class client satisfaction. Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets, pipeline growth, and competitive market share. Required Skills & Qualifications 3-5 years of documented success in B2B sales, ideally within construction, commercial real estate, architectural signs, or related sectors. Extensive industry network with a proven record of surpassing sales and revenue targets. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills; proven ability to present and deliver complex value propositions. Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and brand representation skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field (preferred). Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications Direct experience in signage, fabrication, or branded environments. Existing relationships with developers, property managers, and national accounts. Understanding of construction specifications and architectural project cycles. Salary + Commission Ranges DOE Uncapped commission and incentive structure. 401(k) with matching.
