Join a dynamic team specializing in the construction of large custom modular buildings, including schools, hospitals, banks, restaurants, and offices. As a finish carpenter, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team of professionals, including plumbers, electricians, carpenters, welders, and laborers, working collaboratively to bring these unique projects to life.

Responsibilities

• Report to the site location and commence work on modular building projects.
• Follow blueprints accurately to install ceiling grids and perform drywall work.
• Engage in framing and finish carpentry tasks to complete the modular units.

• Proficiency in framing, finish carpentry, and drywall installation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with hand tools and carpentry techniques.

• Experience in both metal and wood carpentry.
• Knowledge of rough carpentry and finish carpentry.
• Familiarity with commercial construction, including electrical, HVAC, piping, mechanical, plumbing, pipe fitting, and soldering.

Work Environment

Work on-site in Rye, NY, participating in modular building projects. The environment is hands-on, utilizing a variety of hand tools and techniques to achieve high-quality construction results.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Leola, PA.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $25.00/hr.
