Pay & Schedule Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on experience). Pay Frequency: Weekly pay – every Friday. Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. What You'll Do Interact with customers regarding parts needs. Receive, store, and track parts and inventory. Perform yard checks, operate a forklift, and shuttle vehicles. Manage repair orders (ROs) and purchase orders (POs). Order parts needed for the shop, stock, or specific units. Track orders for specific units (hot items) to ensure accurate location and availability. Receive invoices for parts that have physically arrived. Verify part numbers for received parts to ensure correct billing. Put away all parts and shop supplies in designated warehouse locations. Ensure all parts have accurate billable labels corresponding to system entry. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse. Check the PO portal to verify all invoices are received and dispute any that are missing. Operations may involve running parts as permitted. What We're Looking For Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience as a parts administrator. Strong Excel and Outlook skills. Valid driver's license. Experience operating a forklift. Strong customer service skills. Experience with yard checks, vehicle shuttling, receipt, and storage of parts and inventory. Working Conditions This role involves working in a mobile, outdoor, and/or shop environment with exposure to dust, diesel fumes, noise, and mechanical materials such as oils and greases. The position requires frequent movement, including standing, walking, climbing, bending, and sitting for extended periods, as well as lifting heavy objects and accessing tight or confined spaces. Employees may need to work at heights using ladders or elevated platforms and must safely perform duties in various weather conditions.
