Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a remote counselor at Inside Minds, you will serve a diverse clientele, including adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. All clients are pre-screened to ensure suitable placement, allowing you to focus on providing effective therapy to individuals who are motivated and ready for change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Possession of one of the following licenses: Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker- Clinical (LCSW-C).

• Excellent communication skills and empathetic nature.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and number of hours worked. Additionally, full-time counselors may benefit from a monthly healthcare stipend, ensuring comprehensive wellness support.
